How do I log in to LiteBlue?
To log in to LiteBlue, head over to liteblue.usps.gov and enter your Employee ID and USPS Self Service Password. If you are a new user or have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the login page.
What is Self Service Profile (SSP)?
Self-Service Profile (SSP) is the application in which USPS employees manage their login credentials for employee self-service web applications. SSP allows you to manage your access to USPS web applications that offer convenient, confidential, and secure ways to complete employee-elected activities. These Self-Service web applications are LiteBlue, PostalEASE, eIdeas, eOPF, and eReassign.
Is SSP Secure?
Yes! SSP is secure. No one can see your SSP information. Your PIN, Password, and Security Answers in SSP and the database are encrypted.
Who has access to SSP?
Every USPS employee can access Self Service Profile (SSP) to manage their profile. Log into the Self-Service Profile (SSP) application to set up your profile at ssp.usps.gov. This is the only location for changing your Self-service Password.
