Can You Use LiteBlue on Mobile?
Many employees can access LiteBlue through a mobile browser. A dedicated app may not cover every employee function, so the browser route is often the simplest option.
Use the official address, avoid public Wi-Fi, and do not save passwords on shared devices.
Mobile Troubleshooting
If the page is hard to use, rotate the screen, update the browser, clear cache, or try desktop mode. Some internal tools may work better on a computer.
Security on Phones
Use a screen lock, keep the phone updated, and do not approve MFA prompts you did not request. Lost phones should be handled quickly because they may contain recovery access.
