Sensitive information
Do not submit USPS Employee IDs, passwords, MFA codes, Social Security numbers, bank details, W-2s, paystubs or personnel files. The site is not designed to receive them.
Browser-based calculators
Tool inputs are processed locally in JavaScript and are not sent to USPS or to our server by the calculator code.
Server logs and analytics
The hosting provider may process standard technical data such as IP address, device information and request logs. If analytics are enabled, this policy should be updated to name the provider and choices available.
Advertising and cookies
If Google AdSense or another advertising service is enabled, third parties may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar identifiers for ad delivery and measurement. A consent solution may be required depending on visitor location.
