MyHR centralizes retirement information and applications. Employees nearing eligibility may also have access to eRetire for estimates and retirement-process steps.

Save records before separation

Keep personal copies of important pay, tax, benefits and service records you may need after employee-system access changes.

Coordinate health and retirement choices

PSHB, life insurance, survivor elections and TSP decisions have separate rules. Use current OPM, TSP and USPS guidance for each program.

Build a final-month checklist
