When to submit changes
USPS advises submitting changes before day 7 of the payroll cycle to reduce the chance of a payroll delay; later changes may appear in the following pay period.
What happens if verification fails
USPS says affected employees receive an email and PostalEASE notification, or a letter if no email is on file. Pay may be issued by paper check until verification completes.
A $0.00 test transaction can be normal
USPS notes that a zero-dollar bank transaction may appear as part of account validation and is not a deposit or withdrawal.
