USPS W-2 on LiteBlue & PostalEASE: 2026 Access Guide

USPS employees can use the PostalEASE W-2 module to view or print recent tax forms. The 2026 Postal Bulletin provides detailed rules for duplicate W-2 access.

How many years are available

USPS states employees may use the PostalEASE W-2 module to view or print official electronic copies for the last seven years, including the most recent W-2 year.

Mailed reprints

Outside an approximate mid-December through late-January window, employees may request mailed reprints of recent W-2s to the address of record; USPS advises allowing time for processing and delivery.

Phone option

The PostalEASE IVR employee service line can also support duplicate W-2 reprint requests using the prompts USPS publishes.

Older W-2 records

USPS notes that older records beyond its seven-year retention window may require a different records-request path.
